Story, Swan join call for new trial

AMHERST - Count state representatives Ellen Story, D-Amherst, and Benjamin Swan, D-Springfield, among the latest to join the legion of supporters seeking justice for convicted rapist Benjamin LaGuer. Story sent a letter to the State Police Crime Laboratory looking for answers to questions about perceived irregularities and lapses in the investigation that led to LaGuer's trial and conviction.
